We got a few inches of snow on Thursday and Kristi came up with a great idea of doing a time lapse of us cleaning the snow off of the driveway and patio. We did most of the time lapse on Friday and finished it up today, here is the result.

Today the weather was much better so we went the to the Hutch Zoo and back to Dillon Nature Center.  I was hoping to be able to get some good pictures of geese taking off and landing, as it turned out I only got a few good shots of them taking off.  Here are few of the pictures from day 4 of our vacation.

Today was the day we went to Dillon Nature Center, and if it hadn’t been blowing a 100 miles an hour it would have been very nice!  The forecast for tomorrow has much lighter winds so we may go again and be able to take a little more time, without freezing our knickers off!  Here are some of the shots from today’s adventure.

Today was the first day of our vacation, and since it was a beautiful 56 degrees outside we decided to play with our R/C toys and our Canon T1i. We drove my Tamiya 1/10th scale Ford F-150 and flew my E-Flite Blade MSR.

I got my new lens last week and the weather was finally nice enough on the weekend to get out and take some test shots with it.  My new lens is the Canon EF 70-300 IS USM I am using this lens on my Canon T1i so my actually focal length is 112mm – 480mm (1.6 Magnification).  Here are a few of the resulting shots.
